by Boaz Kinsman Uluibau

“Jesus said do not judge.”

Those three words are used as a shield: You have no right to say that is wrong.
They are used as a weapon: If you name sin, you are unloving.
They are used as a muzzle on parents, pastors, friends, and the gospel itself.

Jesus did say those words. He did not cancel discernment. He did not make truth relative. He did not command His people to stay silent while a soul walks into the dark.

He forbade the proud eye that sits in God’s seat.
He forbade the hypocrite who stares at a brother’s speck while a plank fills his own vision.
Then—in the same breath—He told the hypocrite to take the plank out so he could see clearly to help his brother.
Then He commanded, “Stop judging by mere appearances, but instead judge correctly.”
Then His apostle wrote that the person with the Spirit examines all things, because we have the mind of Christ.

This GraceGlowBooks mini guide is written so ordinary people can open the Bible and test the matter themselves. It is a lamp, not a throne. It is a call to hold up the Light without issuing a verdict only God can give.

In these pages you will discover:

  • Why “Do not judge” became the most misused sentence in the modern mouth
  • How to read all of Matthew 7:1–6—not three words torn from a living sentence
  • What Jesus meant by “judge correctly” in John 7:24
  • The difference between condemning judgment and righteous discernment
  • How the spiritual person examines all things by the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:15–16)
  • Why we do not issue the final verdict—and why we must still hold up the Light
  • A six-step method anyone can use to test a teaching, a spirit, a lifestyle, or a claim
  • A heart check before you speak
  • Clean language that tells the truth of Jesus without stealing His seat
  • A Scripture-sitting with questions so you can examine the passages yourself
  • Prayers, a charge, and an invitation to come into the Light

This is not permission to be cruel.
This is not permission to be silent.
This is the narrow path of grace and truth together.

Love without truth is sentiment.
Truth without love is cruelty.
Jesus joined what the age keeps splitting.

Written for the humble believer who wants to see without becoming harsh, the prideful skeptic who has used a fragment to keep Jesus at a distance, and the addicted wanderer who has been crushed by men or excused by men and has rarely been loved with both hands of Christ.

Open the Scriptures.
Test this book.
Take the plank out.
Hold up the Light.
Leave the throne to God.

Whom the Son sets free is free indeed—and whom the Light finds is no longer hiding behind three words.

Perfect for personal devotion, family discipleship, small groups, pastoral conversation, and Great Commission outreach.

From the author of anointed GraceGlowBooks reads on the gospel, prayer, repentance, and walking in the Word.
